System composition
PVC plastic gutter: used to store and supply circulating water, usually made of PVC material, with the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long life. The design of the gutter can ensure that the water curtain has enough water source and can evenly distribute the water on the water curtain.
Cooling pad: It is the core component of the system, usually made of special paper honeycomb structure material or plastic. The cooling pad has good ventilation performance and high water absorption, which can increase the contact area between water and air, so that the water can evaporate fully, thereby effectively reducing the air temperature.
Water pump: transports the water in the gutter to the top of the cooling pad to ensure that there is enough water on the cooling pad to maintain the formation of a water film. A centrifugal pump or self-priming pump with appropriate flow and head can be selected according to needs.

Working principle
Under the action of the water pump, water is transported from the PVC gutter to the top of the cooling pad, and then flows evenly along the surface of the pad to form a thin layer of water film. When the outdoor hot and dry air is sucked through the pad by the fan, the water in the water film absorbs the heat in the air and then evaporates into water vapor, allowing the treated cool and moist air to enter the room, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling. At the same time, the system is usually used in conjunction with a negative pressure fan, which is installed on the other side to extract the indoor air to form a negative pressure, forcing the outdoor air to flow through the moist surface of the cooling pad into the room to achieve ventilation and cooling.
