(I) Detailed appearance inspection
The surface of high-quality plastic evaporative cooling wet curtains should be smooth and flat, with uniform color and no obvious bubbles, defects, deformations, etc. Carefully observe the edge of the cooling wet curtain. If it is cut neatly and has no burrs, it means that the production process is exquisite. At the same time, check the joints of the cooling wet curtain. It should be tight and seamless to ensure that there will be no leakage, loose structure, etc. during use.
(II) Physical performance test
Strength test: Hold both ends of the cooling wet curtain with both hands and bend it with moderate force. A high-quality cooling wet curtain should have good flexibility and is not easy to break. It can quickly return to its original shape after bending, indicating that it has sufficient strength and toughness to withstand external forces during normal installation and use.
Water absorption test: Immerse one corner of the cooling wet curtain in water and observe the speed and uniformity of water penetration. A high-quality plastic evaporative cooling wet curtain should be able to absorb water quickly, and the water is evenly distributed in the wet curtain, reaching a high water absorption rate in a short time, that is, it has good water absorption and water conductivity, and can effectively achieve evaporative cooling.
(III) Strict odor detection
If the plastic evaporative cooling wet curtain emits a pungent odor, it may be that inferior plastic raw materials or additives are used, which will not only pollute the indoor air, but also may cause harm to human health. High-quality cooling wet curtains should have no obvious odor to ensure the safety and comfort of the use environment.
