Portable Energy Efficient Evaporative Air Cooler
Working principle of evaporative air cooler
The working principle of air cooler is based on the physical phenomenon of water evaporation. When water changes from liquid to gas, it needs to absorb a lot of heat, and this process is called evaporation. The air cooler absorbs and takes away the surrounding heat by evaporating water inside the device to achieve the cooling effect. Specifically, the water pump inside the device will continuously pump out the water in the water tank and evenly distribute it on the evaporative filter layer through the open water distributor. The hot air outside enters the evaporative filter layer through the louver shell of the air cooler, where it fully exchanges heat with water. The rapid evaporation of water absorbs the heat of the air, causing the air to cool down. Then, the fresh, cool and clean air obtained after cooling is pressurized and sent into the room by an efficient and low-noise fan, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling and ventilation.
Features of air cooler
Environmental protection and energy saving: Evaporative air cooler does not require the use of refrigerant, is environmentally friendly, and has low energy consumption. It uses the principle of natural evaporation and does not have components such as compressors and refrigerants, so it can reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions during use.
Significant cooling effect: Evaporative air coolers can effectively reduce indoor temperature and provide a comfortable working environment. In the hot summer, it can provide people with a cool indoor environment.
Increase air humidity: Since the evaporative air cooler will increase the moisture in the air during operation, it also has the function of increasing indoor humidity, which is helpful for improving indoor air quality.
Easy to install and maintain: The installation process of the evaporative air cooler is relatively simple, and does not require complicated installation steps and tools. At the same time, its maintenance is also relatively convenient, and only regular cleaning and maintenance are required.
Scope of use
Evaporative air coolers are widely used in various places that require cooling and ventilation, such as factories, warehouses, agricultural greenhouses, homes, etc. Especially in dry climate areas, the cooling effect of air coolers is more obvious. In addition, in some places where temperature changes are not strictly required, such as animal husbandry, evaporative air coolers have also been widely used.
